I need more information on a business, shall I contact WorldBusinessForSale.com?
If you want further information about a business on sale you must contact the seller or the seller’s representative directly via the site. WorldBusinessForSale.com cannot provide further details as all details are already provided on the advert. We are not a business broker or an intermediary. We are an advertising marketplace.

I contacted the seller but I had no response, why?
We simply email the seller once you make contact via WorldBusinessForSale.com to the email address provided by the seller on sign up. It’s entirely up to the seller whether to respond or not. We advise you make direct contact to the email address or telephone number provided by the seller. We are unable to provide further information on any business. Some business may be advertised without bonafide, we are continually checking for improper and fraudulent listings.

What if the business I’m interested in, is already sold?
The sellers are responsible for deleting the listings or marking as sold a business that is listed on our site. Sometimes sellers do not delete listings after the sale. This is something we are looking at changing and improving.

Can I make a payment over the phone?
As a matter of security unfortunately we do not offer a telephone ordering facility. 'Insider' access to credit card details has been at the heart of various large recent international credit card fraud cases, and this has prompted us to adopt an 'online only' route using card processors with advanced security and fraud prevention measures. Using our online system ensures that your card details are never revealed to unauthorized personnel, due to being transmitted fully encrypted and being handled completely without human intervention.

How do I delete my account?
Inactive accounts are deleted automatically, there is no need to delete your account or inform us.

How do I cancel my member’s subscription?

If you want to clarify any details on the advert, please contact the seller directly by the ‘contact seller form’ provided by WorldBusinessForSale.com.

I can’t find an advert that I viewed previously on WorldBusinessForSale.com, why?
Adverts may have been permanently removed by the seller, broker or on request by the seller. We are unable to retrieve the advert once deleted. It may also go offline for verification, this happens when the seller updates their advert. This process can take up to 24 hours for the advert to reappear on WorldBusinessForSale.com.

I am having login problems, what shall I do?
Please ensure you are trying to login to the ‘BUYERS ACCOUNT’ to ensure you have JavaScript and Cookies enabled please visit our Diagnosis page.

I think I made a payment twice, how can I be sure?
If you have made a payment twice, you should automatically receive two separate emails by PayPal to confirm this. If this is the case please notify us using the 'contact us' form. Please provide the transaction number provided by PayPal so we can provide a refund.

When I make a payment, do you store my credit or debit card details?
When you make a payment to WorldBusinessForSale.com Limited, you’ll be redirected to PayPal’s secure payment system. To remove your advert from our business for sale database, please visit your 'Delete A Business' page in your control panel. (Please note you must be logged in to your seller's account)

What are the costs involved to sell my Business with WorldBusinessForSale.com?
If you would like to advertise your business for sale, business to lease or franchise resale, you can place a free advert for 30day on a trial basis. If the results are satisfactory and you would like to continue it will cost you £39.95 within the 30day trial and £79.95 after the 30day trial. This will be a one-off fee to advertise until your business sold. We do not charge any commissions once your business is sold.

Are there any fee and commission once my business is sold?
We do not charge any fees or commissions once your business is sold with us, please click the ‘sell your business’ link for full details.

How do I edit or update my business for sale listing?
If you need to edit your business advert please login to your member’s area (seller's login). Once you’ve signed in to your account click the ‘edit’ link found inside your member’s area and follow the instructions provided to edit your advert.

How do I advertise my business?
To advertise your business on WorldBusinessForSale.com please clicks the ‘sell your business’ link provided on the WorldBusinessForSale.com navigation bar.

I am having trouble uploading my business photograph?
Please ensure your photograph file is not larger than 2 megabyte in size. This should solve your problem or your can resize your image.

My advert disappeared from WorldBusinessForSale.com website after amending my advert, why?
Adverts will be temporally placed on hold for review; your advert should go online within 24 hours. You do not have to pay any fees.

How do I remove or change my advert which is listed by my broker?
For privacy reasons, you will have to contact your broker and request for the removal or any amendments required. Brokers are responsible for their own adverts and it is down to them to update their adverts.

How can I have my contact details shown to buyers?
We are unable to change our system to display your contact details without registration, as most of our sellers do not prefer to display their contact details. You are welcomed to place your contact details within the advert.

Inside your control panel click 'Delete' link for the business you would like to delete.

How do I edit my business for sale advert?
Inside your broker account click 'Edit' link for the business you would like to edit. You can edit your business advert from there.

Why is my business advert inactive?
A business advert will remain inactive until all four steps in 'Add Business' submission forms are fully completed, please click 'EDIT' inside your control panel for the advert showing inactive and resubmit all steps to activate the advert.

How do I list a business 'Sold' or 'Under Offer'?
Simply click the link 'For Sale' found under Status for the advert you want to change, a drop down menu should appear where you can select the required advert status.

How do I specify a different contact number for each advert?
Each account is dedicated to a single contact number. If you have more then one branch or office you will need to create multiple accounts.

When will my advert appear on WorldBusinessForSale.com website?
After you complete your advert submission form, your advert will be uploaded by our system then your advert will go live instantly.

I've logged in, how do I add a business for sale?
To add a business clicks ‘Add a Business’ in your broker account. You can add your business from there.
